Policies

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds to any service. If you experience an issue or are dissatisfied within the first 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us so we can resolve any issues.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: After two cancellations, a $25 deposit will be required to book further appointments. After three or more cancellations, the full price of the service being booked will be charged at the time an appointment is made. Understand, the purpose of the fee is to protect the stylist's time. While being serviced is a luxury; please be cognisant that in most cases, it is also the stylists main source of income.

SHOWING UP LATE: We offer a 15 minute grace period. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled. This is because most services cannot be completed accordingly within the smaller block of time. We get it, things come up, but if you do think you will be running late please just give us a call so we can best accomodate both parties.

DEPOSITS: Now requiring a 20% non-refundable deposit on all services of $120 or more. This deposit will be applied to your appointment on the day of servicing.
